Judge Broughton M. Earnest of Talbott County is a ratfracking robed potentate.  This ultimate jackass of judge allowed Ray Lewis to plead guilty in exchange for a three year sentence and, forfeiture of a white box truck, and restitution of $150,000.  If you don't know, Ray M. Lewis was involved in massive theft and fraud against Wicomico County by stealing COUNTY PROPERTY paid for by COUNTY TAXPAYERS in amount somewhere north of $5 million.  Oh, and that three year sentence?  It was suspended to six months.

Continuing with my absolute outrage over the obdurate stupidity of judges in the State of Maryland that started with this post, today I want to highlight a "Tale of Two Defendants".  In both cases, it is my firm belief that the entire judicial system is in a state of massive "charlie foxtrot"*.
