Governor Marty the Mick O'Malley is digging in tighter than a tick over the firing of Greg Maddalone.

Has anyone realized the new $111 million financing package to help subprime lenders proposed by Marty the Mick O'Malley?  I think there are some interesting aspects here that should be investigated.

The Calvert Street Communist Party Newsletter has an item today titled "Purses, stakes races reduced at Maryland tracks".

Of course, the first thing everyone blamed was a lack of slots at race tracks. But is that the whole story?

Remember the outrage when former Governor Bobby Ehrlich decided to start cleaning out state agencies of Democrat appointees in early 2003?  There were hearings, and investigations, and subpoenas.  The Calvert Street Communist Party Newsletter went apeshit.  In the end, we learned... nothing. The news that Marty the Mick has appointed Baltimore County Police Chief Terrence Sheridan  as MSP Superintendent is bad news for Baltimore County, and worse news for the State of Maryland.

The verdict is in.  Bill Richardson, Governor of New Mexico and Democrat Candidate for President, is really a dumbass.

What is City Councilwoman and Ex-City Council President Mary Pat Clarke thinking?  She wants to do away with the "corner store" in Baltimore City according to the Calvert Street Communist Party Newsletter.

In the clearest sign yet that liberal lawyers could not find their ass with both hands, a flashlight, and a roadmap, Peter Franchot is now launching an all-out assault on the oil companies. 

I think Peter should really take a course in economics before he goes off on this great crusade, wasting Marylander's tax money on a case that will go nowhere.
