Marketwatch is reporting that the Obama Campaign is facing a RICO investigation from none other than Patrick Fitzgerald, the Inspector Javert of modern America.
And it seems the Clintons may be behind at least part of it. And there is a tie-in with ACORN investigations that are currently ongoing in 10 states.
If this is true, I would like to introduce a new phrase to That One who used to be a Constitutional Law lecturer: no lo contendre.
