When I heard this comment by The One, I honestly could not believe he said it.  Here, in a simle sentence, he confirmed my belief that he is just too stupid to do anything of consequence.  I am not sure that he was directly calling Sarah Barracuda a pig.  Although, given his obession with Hillary and her "periodic" "discomfort", I would not say it is beneath him to be sexist.

But is any politician really that stupid?

Well, yes.  Because he also called a reporter "sweetie" back during primary season.  Whether his intention was to call Sarah Palin a pig is really irrelevant.  When I was a kid, and I did something eminently stupid, I used to say "I didn't mean to do that." My father, without fail, always called me on it:  "I don't care what you meant to do, you did it."

To semi-quote Katie Holmes from Batman Begins, "It's not what's on the inside that counts.  It's what you do that matters."

Anyone who would use that colloquialism less than a week after Sarah Palin's wildly successful joke about hockey moms and lipstick is an idiot.  The One couldn't have made a worst mistake if he had a told a Polish joke at John Paul's funeral.

Because you can give the nomination to a moron, but he's still just a moron.

You do know they have video of McCain using the exact same pig/lipstick line in regards to Hillary, right?

It is a well known saying.

See, let me explain how jokes work...
