Jim Geraghty over at Campaign Spot is reporting that not only was a flight dispatched from Midway to New Castle, DE to fetch Slo Joe, but that the Secret Service has deployed to provide immediate protection to him.
If this is true, it's good and bad news for those of us rooting for an Obama loss.
It's good, because Slo Joe is really a plagiarizing gasbag of pomposity, and the McCain Campaign (not to mention Conservative organizations in general) can just cut commercials from the YouTube clips.
It's bad, because IMHO, John McCain is a pussy, and he won't go after -- or let his own veep candidate -- a fellow Senator of long standing. McCain won't go for the jugular. Biden will. McCain will bring a knife to a gun fight.
