Cory Ruppersburger -- the son of CA "Dutch" Ruppersburger III -- is in a little bit of hot water with the State of Pennsylvania.  It turns out that Cory runs a business called Direct Leadsource (a telemarketing firm) that made over 500,000 illegal sales calls to homes in the state of Pennsylvania.  You can read all about it here.

But if that weren't bad enough, I think there is some bad news for Dutch, Jr.  He's breaking Maryland law, too.

According to the State of Maryland, Direct Leadsource is no longer registered to operate in Maryland.  They forfeited their business registration in 2007 after failure to file a tax return in 2006.  So now, Dutch Jr. is in hock to the state for failure to pay his taxes as well.

Unfortunately, none of the drive by media has failed to pick up on this yet.  We have a Congressman's son breaking the law in a notorious manner in two states -- selling mortgages without a license, violating a state's Do Not Call laws, and failing to maintain a business registration.  On top of that, Dutch Jr. had outsourced his call center operations to India.  I wonder how that will fare with Congressman Ruppersburger's stalwart Democrat supporters in the 2nd Congressional District?  I thought Democrats felt that outsourcing was evil and wrong?  Or is that only when you are family members aren't doing it?

It also turns out their license to sell insurance securities in Maryland lapsed in November 2007 as well.  Will O'Guvnah lackey and bootlicker Ralph Tyler go after him on this as well?

I am not holding my breath.
