Congratulations to Lt. Col. Chessani!

Lt. Col. Chessani, USMC, had the charges against him for manslaughter dismissed today after the JAG Judge, Col Steven Folsom, found that the investigation into the shootings at Haditha was prejudiced by undue command influence.

This leaves only Staff Sergeant Frank Wuterich as the last Marine facing charges, and given the fact that a JAG judge has already found that undue command influence existed in the investigation, that cannot last long.

Finding that there was undue command influence is not a surprise.  Anyone who has followed this case at all knows that from the start, Congressman Fat Jack Murtha -- an unindicted co-conspirator in ABSCAM and a thoroughly venal and corrupt politician from Western Pennsylvania -- had declared the Marines guilty of committing a massacre before the full investigation had even started.  That's where your undue command influence started. 

Can we please get a censure of this pure ratfucking worthless sack of walking flesh? Now, please?  Will Lil' Nancy have the spine to admit that a US Congressman tried to play judge, jury, and executioner to men who held the same title as he ("United States Marine") with malice aforethought and without any regard for the truth?

Probably not.  Lil' Nancy used to the world of corrupting influences.

Congressman Fat Jack Murtha should be required by his colleagues to offer an offiical and public apology to the Marines who have been libeled by his outrageous comments.  That apology should be given in the well of the House of Representatives, and C-SPAN should be required to carry it live, and re-broadcast it every hour on the hour for one week.  And at the conclusion of the apology, the House of Representatives should remove him from office, and strip him of his military pensions.

And the Attorney General of the United States should be tasked with investigating Fat Jack with interfering in a Federal investigation and obstruction of justice.
