Ed Hale, Chairman of 1st Mariner, owner of the Baltimore Blast, and head of Canton Crossing, LLC, will be back in court for yet another lawsuit against Canton Crossing (his brand new egotower downtown).

This time, he is being sued by Bomark Communications in Baltimore County District Court.  While the case filing on the Maryland Judiciary Case Search doesn't have a lot of detail, I do know that Bomark does cabling installings for voice and data.  Which probably means that this is yet another attempt by a vendor to collect on outstanding monies owed.

Hale and Canton Crossing are already being sued by Kane Construction and R &B Grove Casework, both of which have mechanics liens on the tower.

One must wonder:  which vendors in Baltimore aren't suing, or plan to sue, Ed Hale?
