By now, the word is out, but in case you haven't heard, Jihad Joe Albero has been indicted and charged with perjury and tax evasion related to his sale of the old Station 7 in Pittsville. Just like Elliott Ness couldn't land Capone for murder, extortion, and violations of the Falstead Act, Ablero couldn't be brought down for Trespassing, Exortion, and generally making an asshole of himself.

So the State Comptroller used the tax laws. Way to go Peter Franchot!

Maryland Townie -- a proud and loyal member of the Pro Maryland Bloggers Alliance and the "Go Frak Yourself Joe Albero" armed militia (armed with two cold ones, that is), has the details on the perjury document here.

I won't rehash this old debate and commentary, only to say "FRAK YOU JOEBOY."

But one is compelled to ask:

1) Isn't Jennifer Albero getting a little tired of having to come down and bail her husband out of jail? This is twice in two years.

2) Isn't Art Goetz -- who by all accounts is kind and generous man -- getting a little tired of carrying water for his son-in-law?

3) If Jihad Joe the Furry Jackass is such an accomplished businessman, why wouldn't he know that making a false claim on that document is perjury, and since making that claim entitles you to certain tax benefits, the act of perjury thus constitutes tax evasion? (Answer: Joe Albero is a complete frakking moron without the commense sense God gives a carbunkle).

Carbunkle? Ha Ha. Man, GP, that is mean! Nice shot!

Now:

Disclaimer:
None of the examples below are true events, nor are these examples to be used as encouragement or suggestions, they are merely used as examples of what could happen to someone convicted of Perjury in Maryland.

Friday’s online DT says he is charged with Perjury.

If that is true?????????????????
[I put them extra ? marks in for the Turd]

If it is true. and he is convicted, he can NEVER, EVER, I mean forever and never, testify in court in Maryland. I don't care what happens.

Hypothetical Examples:

If he had WB on video tape smacking him upside the head [no other witnesses] WB could say, "Oh, he asked me to do it because there was a bug on his head." [Which means there is no crime of Assault & Battery].

And the TURD could not get on the stand to refute WB's story.

If some local Pro MD Blogger threatened to beat his ass if he stepped foot out of his house [again no other witnesses]: Too bad, The Turd could not testify to it in court.

Let us all pray he is convicted.

Good for Mr. Albero.

Just think what that money might have been earmarked for:

illegal immigrants, welfare whores, our dumbest generation of Myspacers, gay marriage, abortions, more road blacktop, and God knows what else.

Unfortunately, it looks like Mr. Albero is going to get the shaft on this one, pun intended.

ROTFLMAO!
