Blogger Maryland Townie is claiming to have it "on good authority" that Mark Tilghman, Esq. is not representing The Southwest Delaware Jihadist Cyberbully Mahmoud Hesheetz Hisdrourz Albero.  If that is the case, then would one of our lawyer friends answer the following question:

Is it considered fraud to claim to be represented by an attorney with which you have no established attorney-client relationship in order to extort a particular behavior from another person?
