As noted by Salisbury Soapbox, Jihad Joe Albero, AKA Mahmoud Albero, AKA the Southwest Delaware Dumbass, AKA Andy Harris Hatchet Man broke the law on Election Day by illegally entering a polling place and taking pictures.

The appropriate code can be found in the Maryland Manual...

§ 10-308. Access to voting room.

(a)  Individuals allowed to have access to voting room.- An election judge shall allow the following individuals to have access to the voting room at a polling place:

(1) a voter;

(2) an individual who accompanies a voter in need of assistance in accordance with § 10-310(c) of this subtitle;

(3) polling place staff;

(4) a member or other representative of the State Board or local board;

(5) an accredited watcher or challenger under § 10-311 of this subtitle;

(6) an individual under the age of 13 who accompanies a voter in accordance with § 10-310(c) of this subtitle, provided that the individual is in the care of the voter and does not disrupt or interfere with normal voting procedures; and

(7) any other individual authorized by the State Board or local board.

(b)  Limitation.- Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection (a)(6) of this section, not more than two individuals under the age of 13 may accompany a voter in accordance with § 10-310(c) of this subtitle.

[An. Code 1957, art. 33, § 10-308; 2002, ch. 291, §§ 2, 4; 2004, ch. 317.]

And, from COMAR:

33.07.04.02

.02 Cell Phones, Pagers, Cameras, etc.

A. In General. Except as specified in §B of this regulation, the following devices may not be used in a polling place:

(1) Cameras;

(2) Any audible electronic devices, including:

(a) Cellular telephones; and

(b) Pagers; or

(3) Computer equipment.

B. Exceptions. This regulation does not apply to the use of:

(1) Cameras by media representatives; or

(2) Cellular telephones, pagers, or computer equipment by election officials or law enforcement officers, when acting in their official capacities.

Unfortunately for Jihad Joe, under Maryland Law, he does not meet the definition of a "media" representative.  If he did, he would know that he is required to report to the Chief Election Judge of the polling place, and that Judge can determine whether he can take pictures.

Since Parkside High School is in the city, will Chief Alan Webster exercise his duty and file charges?  I hope so.  Maryland does not need some interloping attention-whore interfering in its election process.
