John McCain believes in complete and total amnesty for illegal aliens. I don't care what he says, because we all know that politicians lie. And powerful politicians lie powerfully. I am more interested in his actions, and with the endorsement of amnesty-loving Florida Governor Charlie Crist, the amnesty argument should move front and center for "Reasons to Not Only Vote Against, But to Despise John McCain".
John McCain's new National Director of Hispanic Outreach is none other than the infamous Dr. Juan Hernadez. This is what Dr. Hernandez has to say about immigration:
“We must not only have a free flow of goods and services, but also start working for a free flow of people.”
If you thought NAFTA was bad when it only related to trade, you will love his plans. No fences. No passports. No transit documents. Nothing. Strike downt he barriers between the countries, because we are all transnationalists now.
John McCain spent last summer arguing that the McCain/Kennedy/Graham/Bush/Martinez/Name a Ratfucker "Comprehensive Immigration Bill" was NOT amnesty, mainly on the fact that there was "a fine". Uh huh. The fine was less than $1,200.
Apparently, John McCain thinks that the average US Citizen is a complete frakking moron. Apparently, he thinks we can't read. But we did, and the outcry was SO GREAT, they had to pull that giant piece of poo legislation from the table. When was the last time you saw Congress pull leglislation off the table like that? I mean, they have tried to override the veto on the SCHIP fantasy 5 TIMES, and they still haven't pulled that.
And then John McCain tried to tack right on the issue, saying that he was now for "enforcement first". Really, so where is the Comprehensive Illegal Immigration Enforcement Act? Same place as the Rose Law Firm billing records, the missing 20 minutes on the Nixon Tapes, and the Iraqi WMD.
And now we hear that Juan Hernandez, who would like nothing more than Mexico to regain the territory lost to us in the Mexican War, is his National Director on Hispanic Outreach.
Amnesty Now, Amnesty Tomorrow, Amnesty Forever!
