That's right, the United States Senate has surpassed the ubiquitous Bawlmore term "ratfucker" and gone straight to "cocksucker".
Why?
$450,000 pork project for a "Peace Garden" on the North Dakota-Canada Border celebrating the peace between the two nations.
Highway money going for bike paths because Sen Kit "Cocksuckah" Bond has "fear and trepidation" over cyclists riding on streets.
A history museum for Las Vegas, NV. Yup. You mean no aspiring capitalist thinks it will make money? Hell, let the government build it!
A baseball stadium in Montana! What the hell?!??!
Oh, and a Wetlands Center in Louisiana. The entire state is a Wetland. Why in the hell do they need a "center" for it?
It's $8b total in the massive transportation funding bill according to McPaper.
Eight billion dollars in earmarks, that quite frankly, don't do a damn thing to help highway infrastructure.

What it really is is "walking around money" for US Senators. What is walking around money? Basically, its when campaigns go out on the streets and pay for people to vote. Don't think it happens? It does. It's called Baltimore City.
This is the national version of "bringing home the bacon and frying it up in the pan".
