Vinod Gupta, President of infoUSA and a long-time supporter of the Democrat Party and the Clintons, is being sued by shareholders according to the PressTelegram for using corporate assets on their behalf.

Among other things, it seems you can get sued for being a Friend of Bill.

This is a particularly interesting case, because it appears that the Clintons (for once) have not violated any laws with regards to campaign financing.  Instead, it seems that the laws surrounding campaign financing are below the ethical and business expectations of Gupta's company.

Moreover, it seems that the biggest issue isn't even that the donations went to the Clintons-- but that Gupta was squandering corporate money. Of course, Gupta says that isn't the case.

This should be a fun one to watch.
