It seems like Immigration and Customs Enforcement might finally be doing their job, as Elvira Arellano has been arrested in Los Angeles.  She's been under a deportation order since August 15, 2006, but has been hiding out in a United Methodist Church in Chicago since then.

Michelle Malkin has more.

I wonder what Michael Chertoff will have to say about this year's lettuce crop now.
