Okay, so last night, I put a huge bag of bottles/plastic/cans out for recycling.  I mean big-- 55gallon drum liner size.  I noticed it hadn't been picked up until after 11.

Then around 12, lo and behold, I look down the road, and my neighbor's bag is still there.  Then comes Probst picking up bags.

Who in the heck steals recycling materials?

Bizarre...

Sue's Attorney has hired a private investigator to look for dirt in your trash?

I would bet a homeless person would steal recycling. Take the cans out and abandon the plastics.

Well, we don't get many homeless people up here.

As for private investigators, there isn't much you are going to find. I use bleach, and I drink a crapload of diet soda.
