Barack Obama continued to put the "O" in moron last night at the Saddleback Civil Forum on the Presidency.  When asked when at what point a baby gets human rights, Obama whiffed the answer, saying that the answer was above his pay grade.

Really?  Are we to expect that a man running for the office of President of the United States of America -- who will be in a position to propose or sign legislation related to this very question, not to mentio promulgate regulations through Executive Order, or nominate judges for the Federal Judiciary who will certainly rule on such a question  -- believes this to be above his paygrade?

David Fredosso at National Review Online has the entire chronology here.

Where is the hope for the baby that survives an abortion procedure?  Not in the Obama Campaign.

George W. Bush has been gelded.  I've said this before -- during the early moments of the Russian Reich's invasion of free and democratic Georgia.  But now, we have more proof.  The government of the United States of America has setttled all reparations cases with Libya over Pan Am Flight 103 and restored diplomatic relations this week... and has agreed to pay reparations to Libya, in this process.

Cory Ruppersburger -- the son of CA "Dutch" Ruppersburger III -- is in a little bit of hot water with the State of Pennsylvania.  It turns out that Cory runs a business called Direct Leadsource (a telemarketing firm) that made over 500,000 illegal sales calls to homes in the state of Pennsylvania.  You can read all about it here.

But if that weren't bad enough, I think there is some bad news for Dutch, Jr.  He's breaking Maryland law, too.

Federalism is an important founding principle of our country.  The notion of federalism harkens back to the very beginning of our Revolution, when our founding fathers believed in the primacy and sovereignty of state governments over a strong central government.  However, they quickly learned that the relationship was untenable, as the Continental Congress struggled mightily to fund and equip the Continental Army without the power to tax and raise revenue.

Our Constitution provided -- originally -- for a central government of limited powers, with any undelegated powers reserved to the states.  Unfortunately, the federal government long ago (starting with Lincoln in the Civil War) abandoned any pretense of limited powers, and now reigns supreme with virtually unlimited power (couple with unbridle incompetence) in many areas of our lives.  But in no area is that more apparent than Federal Highway Funding.

If you are as saddened and outraged by the death of Mary Sullivan -- killed last week by Aubry Carlton Miller, Jr. of the 20700 of Old York Road in Parkton -- there is something you can do about it.  Step up now to help support her young daughters.

I honor of Mahmoud Vladimir Joe Albero's decision to start using 300 W. Main Street ("Tora Bora") as his own personal o.p. in his war against anyone who disagrees with him about how anything should be run, we decided it was time for Salisbury News to have a theme song.

Appropriately, it's from The Police:

This week, the northern Baltimore County village of Hereford was shocked to wake up and learn that Mary Sullivan was killed by an idiot who drove his car into her house.  There is a lot of righteous anger up here at Aubry Carlton Miller, Jr, who was driving a stolen pick-up truck when he made a 90-degree turn right into the house off York Road.

But there should be a lot more anger at state judges and prosecutors who repeatedly put this walking sack of crap back on the road.  He has a criminal history longer than my leg, and has gotten away with more crimes than a Nixon White House staffer.

Well, now that we know that Southwest Delaware's Most Notorious Cyberterrorist and renowned Maryland Perjurer-- Mahmoud Vladimir Joe Albero -- is now using 300 W. Main Street ("Tora Bora") to spew his filth AND stalk passers-by with his digital camera, we have mounted a new campaign to warn our friends and family in the State of Maryland about the current Threat Level in the Cyber Terrorism world.
